LaTrisha Horne, MSHI, FACHDM, is a director-level clinical research leader and Project Director of Precision Medicine Implementation at Morehouse School of Medicine, where she works at the intersection of academic medicine, industry partnerships, and safety-net healthcare. Her career focuses on advancing oncology clinical trials, precision medicine, and research operations while expanding access to innovative healthcare for underserved communities. She brings extensive experience in clinical trial operations, study startup and site activation, patient recruitment and engagement, regulatory readiness, sponsor and CRO oversight, and the integration of health informatics and real-world evidence into clinical research.

Throughout her career, LaTrisha has led initiatives designed to strengthen clinical research infrastructure and improve patient outcomes. At Morehouse School of Medicine, she provides strategic oversight for oncology and immunology trials, manages relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners, and has helped secure more than $2.5 million in sponsored research funding. She has also advanced precision health initiatives, streamlined regulatory and operational processes, supported electronic consenting solutions, and developed strategies to improve clinical trial enrollment and retention. Her work is especially focused on increasing representation in research and building trust with communities that have historically faced barriers to participation in clinical trials.

She earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Morehouse School of Medicine, while continuing to pursue opportunities for professional growth.
