My advice to young women entering my industry is to not give up. When the path becomes difficult and it feels like you are uncertain about what comes next, keep moving forward and stay committed—progress often comes right after moments of doubt.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is keeping up with the changing rules and regulations set by the state. These requirements are constantly evolving, which requires staying informed, adapting quickly, and ensuring that all practices remain compliant.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty and integrity. I believe in being truthful, trustworthy, and maintaining strong principles in everything I do. These values guide my decisions, my relationships, and the way I approach my responsibilities.
