About Laura
Laura Champlin is a dedicated hospitality leader with extensive experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, and customer service. As Community Leader at Maple Street Biscuit Company, she focuses on creating exceptional guest experiences, developing strong teams, and fostering a welcoming community environment.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience as a Managing Partner at Chili’s and additional experience as a Hospitality Manager at Topgolf, Laura has developed expertise in operational management, employee training, inventory control, and building high-performing teams. Her career reflects a commitment to service excellence, collaboration, and creating positive experiences for both guests and team members.
Laura earned her Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Broward College. She continues to bring her passion for hospitality, leadership, and community engagement to every role she takes on.
