In this role, I serve as a guide, problem solver, and trusted voice for spa professionals, empowering clients with product knowledge and training coordination, recommending strategies to enhance guest experiences and boost spa revenue, overseeing onboarding from order setup to spa menu integration, building trust by staying proactive and attentive, driving growth by identifying reordering patterns and upsell opportunities, staying connected through calls, email follow-ups, and site visits, and supporting the team by documenting activity in CRM systems and sharing client insights.
