About Laura
Laura Crowell serves as Licensing Administrator at Agent Z, where she oversees customer success by ensuring contracted clients meet compliance goals for licenses and appointments. This enables agents to write business, bind policies, and serve their clients without compliance concerns. With over 20 years in insurance, she previously worked as a licensing coordinator for an MGA with three carriers. She holds a 220 license, graduated from UCF, and has contributed to more than 300 platform enhancements at Agent Z to improve user experience. Crowell is an ICMG committee member and belongs to CELA and SILA.
