01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Buckle your seatbelt, sweetheart. It is definitely a work of heart. This industry and this profession in healthcare doesn't mean anything if you don't do it because you love it. It's hard work, and it's sad work a lot of the time, but if serving the aging population matters to you, then just be prepared that there are days when it's going to be really, really hard. And it's gonna be really, really sad. But knowing that you make a difference in people's lives and staying true to yourself, that is the only way that you make it through.
