Her expertise spans mortgage origination, construction loans, FHA, VA, jumbo, and conventional financing, along with mentoring emerging loan officers. A respected leader within the profession, she previously served as President of the Wyoming Mortgage Lenders Association for approximately eight years and has been recognized as a featured speaker at Sales Mastery, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and industry leadership.
Laura's leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, practical problem-solving, and relationship building. She believes exceptional mortgage lending extends beyond closing transactions—it is about earning clients' trust for life through honest advice, responsive service, and solutions tailored to their unique financial goals. Having built her expertise through hands-on experience, sales mentorship, and decades of industry leadership, she also values guiding the next generation of mortgage professionals. Equally important to her is maintaining balance between professional success and family life, believing that meaningful relationships and being present for loved ones are among life's greatest achievements.
