What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my willingness to ask questions without fear of judgment, which allows me to gain clarity instead of relying on assumptions. I also thrive on having a fast-moving, highly active mind that helps me stay organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once. Being an early riser allows me to be productive before others start their day, giving me space to balance work, family, and personal time effectively. In addition, my lifelong immersion in entertainment and creativity has shaped how I think and see the world, allowing me to naturally visualize ideas and find inspiration in everyday experiences.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to trust the path shaped by my experiences while staying open to growth along the way. My family’s involvement in the entertainment industry greatly influenced my passion for live events and helped guide my career direction. That foundation taught me to value both opportunity and adaptability, and to recognize how my background can be a strength in shaping my professional journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to find and trust your voice early, and not feel pressured to conform to stereotypes about how you should act or present yourself. This field has traditionally been male-dominated, especially in roles like touring and production, but that is slowly changing as more women step in and take up space. Confidence and authenticity are key—being true to who you are is far more valuable than fitting a mold.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating a traditionally male-dominated industry while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a demanding, fast-paced environment. At the same time, this landscape presents meaningful opportunities for growth, including increased representation of women, greater innovation in how live events are produced and managed, and the chance to help create more inclusive and equitable spaces within the entertainment industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity is one of my most important values, both personally and professionally. I believe in being true to myself, not conforming to stereotypes, and staying grounded in who I am. I also value balance—being intentional with my time so I can stay productive while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
Family and creativity are central to my life, and I enjoy spending time with loved ones while engaging in anything connected to the arts, which constantly inspires me. I also value giving back through my volunteer work with Court Appointed Special Advocates for the foster care system. Above all, I value curiosity and the willingness to ask questions, because growth starts with understanding.
