01What do you attribute your success to?

I think it's my ability to bridge the gap between business people and technical people. I strive to talk in both languages, and it's served me really well in my career.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I was once told by a manager that Laura, you see things before most people do. And the advice was to let people come along.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't be discouraged or intimidated by the men in the room.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges is just the vast number of marketing technology platforms. There are thousands of them. You can't possibly learn about them all. And also the fact that things are changing so rapidly.
