01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I haven't really received any career advice, I'm kind of stubborn.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I think the thing is to really ask the question, why, why, and then why? Find your passion and the thread that keeps you energized for the long term, aligned with your soul. Look for work that protects bees and pollinators, addresses climate change, and supports living economics rather than following what others think is the right thing to do.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Money, money, money. How to have a system that functions on kindness and reality, which I think are fundamental female visions. We need economic systems that work for the planet and everybody, not just a few people, including the more-than-human world.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Truth telling from an integral, holistic perspective, which entails honesty, saying it how it is, and being real with myself. Also lifting up everybody, including the more-than-human world.
