Laura Kayrouz

Laura Kayrouz serves as the Global Co-Head of the Investments Team at Alpha FMC, which stands for Financial Markets Consulting. With a little over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has held roles at an asset manager and a financial services technology vendor in addition to her consulting work. Kayrouz has built her career at the intersection of investment strategy, technology, and transformations, focusing on helping some of the world's largest asset owners, asset managers, and insurance asset managers modernize how they invest. This includes guiding clients through technology and data transformations, the use of AI, and structuring talent and teams within their organizations. She earned her degree from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey, where she majored in finance and minored in information technology. Passionate about people development, Kayrouz focuses on building high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and creating environments where individuals can grow, contribute, and thrive.
