I manage a team at Nevro Globus, where we focus on providing phenomenal customer service to our patients to ensure that our device is working for them so they can live the life they deserve. Every day is very different, but the main theme of each day is always making sure my people feel supported and that they have the tools to make them successful. We work with spinal cord stimulation technology, specifically HFX, which stands for high frequency at 10,000 Hz. Our therapy quietly works on the nerve pathway to block the pain message from getting to the brain, bringing true pain relief to people with chronic nerve pain. What makes our technology different is that patients cannot feel the therapy, whereas most other spinal cord stimulation out there is at a low frequency which people can feel. We have a patent to our stimulation which is very different and nobody else can recreate it. I'm very proud of taking that leap in 2019 and just going for it. I never would have seen myself in my 20s in the position that I'm in now, but I'm in a very good place with where I am today.
