Over the past five years, she has led strategic growth initiatives, cultivated key partnerships, and developed high-level business development and marketing strategies designed to support clients navigating complex mental health and aging care needs.
In her role, Laura works closely with clinicians, physicians, psychiatrists, wealth advisors, and attorneys to help deliver highly personalized, concierge-level care solutions. She is known as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping families navigate often fragmented care systems with empathy, discretion, and clarity. Through extensive travel across the United States, she regularly visits treatment and wellness programs and curates a robust network of external resources to ensure each family receives thoughtful, individualized support.
Laura’s path into behavioral health was shaped by personal and family experiences with mental health, as well as a deep awareness of the gaps that often exist within traditional care models. After beginning her career in the beauty industry, she transitioned into client-facing and admissions roles within eating disorder treatment centers in Boston, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate client care and family support. This experience ultimately led her into leadership roles in strategic partnerships and business development.
Her work sits at the intersection of clinical excellence and family advocacy, helping ensure care decisions are collaborative, informed, and aligned with each client’s unique needs and long-term well-being. Personally and professionally influenced by the mentorship of many remarkable women throughout her life and career, Laura brings an authentic, relationship-driven, and highly collaborative leadership style to her work.
Passionate about mental health accessibility, women’s health, and holistic wellness, Laura is deeply committed to creating meaningful, sustainable change in how families access care and support.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time along the beaches of the South Shore of Massachusetts with her fiancé and dog, and volunteers with a local animal rescue organization.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Laura
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my professional growth and success to leading with authenticity and building genuine, trusted relationships. Early in my career, I was fortunate to have a mentor who taught me the importance of showing up as my true self and leading with integrity.
On a personal level, I draw tremendous inspiration from my parents, who became parents at a young age and exemplified extraordinary resilience, love, and unwavering dedication. Through their hard work, sacrifice, and commitment, they created opportunities for me that have profoundly shaped both my personal values and professional path.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
A piece of advice that has stayed with me is to trust that your voice belongs in every room you enter. As women, we can sometimes feel pressure to overprepare or second-guess ourselves, but true leadership comes from speaking with confidence and trusting the value of your perspective.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to be bold, stay curious, and trust your voice. In a field built on trust, relationships, and deeply personal moments in people’s lives, confidence, empathy, and the courage to speak up will set you apart. Do not be afraid to take up space, ask thoughtful questions, and lead with both compassion and conviction.
I would also encourage them to be intentional about building their network and seeking out mentors who will both support and challenge them. Some of the most important lessons in my own career have come from women who shared their experiences openly and helped me navigate moments of growth and uncertainty.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in our field right now is the gap that still exists within traditional medical and behavioral health systems, particularly when it comes to accessibility, continuity of care, and helping families navigate increasingly complex treatment landscapes. Many individuals and families are often left trying to coordinate multiple providers, programs, and resources on their own during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives.
At the same time, this challenge presents a significant opportunity for more consultative and highly personalized models of care that help bridge those gaps.
I also see tremendous growth potential in the integration of women’s health and emerging body-brain research within behavioral health care. As our understanding of the connection between physical health, hormones, stress, and mental well-being continues to evolve, there is an important opportunity to create more holistic and individualized care plans.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me, both professionally and personally, are integrity, empathy, connection, and growth. I believe deeply in leading with integrity and making decisions that align with my values and sense of purpose. In both work and life, I try to approach people and situations with empathy, recognizing that everyone is carrying their own experiences and challenges.
Connection is also central to who I am and to the work I do. In this industry, I have the privilege of working alongside individuals and families during some of the most sensitive moments of their lives, and building trust through genuine human connection is incredibly meaningful to me.
I also highly value curiosity and growth. I am someone who embraces challenge, thinking creatively, and finding thoughtful solutions that may not fit within traditional frameworks. That mindset continues to inspire both my professional work and my personal interests.
