01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to consistency and not quitting. There's a poem that says when you think it's the worst, that's when the gold could be waiting for you, so don't quit. Be patient, continue working and be consistent.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To be patient, to listen, and to be persistent. As a woman and Latina in a male-governed industry, you have to have a very strong character to be taken seriously.
