About Laura
Laura Saponar is a retired financial services executive with over thirty years of experience in the industry. She spent fourteen years at JPMorgan Chase and nearly twenty-five years at Bank of America, advancing to roles such as Human Resources Executive supporting the entire contact center channel, high-level regional manager, and youngest branch manager while managing organizations of three to four thousand people with thirty-five direct reports. After retiring, she launched her own coaching business over a year ago, drawing on her passion for fitness and running. Laura Saponar now works as a professional trainer, nutrition certified coach, and ultramarathon coach, providing online and in-person training to clients. She holds multiple certifications including the UESCA Ultramarathon Certification, PN Nutrition 1 Certification, NASA Personal Training Certificate, wellness certificate, life coaching certificate, and AI Training Certification. Her approach emphasizes that anything is possible at any age, a mantra she applies both to her own career shift and to helping clients achieve ambitious goals like completing 100-mile races.
