What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the education field is to never be afraid to take risks and to embrace every opportunity for growth. Each challenge is a chance to learn, lead, and strengthen your confidence—so step forward boldly and trust in your ability to make a meaningful impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are connection, creativity, and mindfulness. I find great joy in spending time with my grandchildren and teaching my granddaughter the art of nature photography. Capturing the beauty of the outdoors—and sharing that passion with loved ones and even my two rescue cats—reminds me daily of the therapeutic power of nature, patience, and presence.
