Laura H Stofle

Team Leader
Keller Williams Realty Lone Star
Georgetown, TX 78626

Laura H. Stofle is a Texas real estate professional and market center leader with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. Based in Georgetown, Texas, she currently serves as Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Lone Star, where she oversees agent development, operational leadership, and market center growth. A native Central Texan with deep family roots, Laura combines her knowledge of the Texas Hill Country with a passion for helping agents and clients build lasting legacies through property ownership and leadership. Laura’s path into real estate began after the passing of her father, a longtime broker and owner of Central Texas Brokerage, who inspired her to pursue a real estate career of her own. After retiring from a government career in managerial roles, she earned her real estate license in 2017 and joined Keller Williams Lone Star. Her leadership journey evolved naturally when she stepped in temporarily as a team leader during her mentor's leave and ultimately remained in the role, first as assistant team leader and later as permanent team leader. Throughout her career, Laura has emphasized servant leadership, mentorship, and professional growth. Her background as a facilitator for Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” prepared her to guide agents not only in the business side of real estate but also in developing leadership skills that drive long-term success. She is active in local real estate organizations, nonprofit efforts, and her church community, and she believes that while real estate is built on data and numbers, true success comes when people step into leadership roles and positively influence the community's they serve.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to saying yes to leadership opportunities, leaning into my experience in management and facilitation, and learning from the leadership of my operating principal and broker, Avis Wukasch. I believe success comes from being clear about what you believe, moving forward, serving others well, and leading and walking with faith in all things.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was to step into opportunities before I felt fully ready, lead with intention, build success by helping others win, and know who you are ultimately serving.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Step into rooms where you can learn, align yourself with leaders who will challenge and support you, and remember that your voice and perspective bring value.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in real estate right now is developing strong leadership among agents, because while the industry is driven by data and numbers, long-term success depends on effective leadership and training.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me are integrity, relationships, growth, and faith. I believe in doing the right thing, building genuine connections, and always continuing to learn and evolve. At the center of it all is serving others well and leading with faith in all things.
