She emphasizes heart-centered leadership, self-awareness, resilience, healthy boundaries, and intentional growth, helping clients reconnect with their values and move forward with greater purpose. Her Interview

Ten minutes with Laura

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success first of all to my heart, listening to my internal guidance and to my higher power, and to those around me who have supported me, believed in me, challenged me, and propelled me forward. My community, family, and the people who have been there to listen and help me.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I received was during a sponsorship opportunity at T-Mobile when my sponsor asked, 'What would you like to do when you retire?' That question led me to realize I was already coaching part-time and should go full-time.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be aligned with true commitment and passion into what you want to do, which is helping others. Take care of yourself along the way because your energy is important. Also take the time to celebrate all of your wins with those around you.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges for coaches is taking care of ourselves and being mindful of how we spend our time, not getting caught up only in certifications but actually getting out there to help people and practicing what we preach. Another opportunity is to surround yourself with other coaches and people doing the work for support and community.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Love is an umbrella core value for me, along with joy, creativity, connection, passion, and purpose.
