Laura Thornton

Laura Thornton brings 14 years of expertise in the home services industry, where she serves as a Certified Service Titan coach. In this role, she guides around 450 businesses on leveraging software to gain visibility into key performance indicators, develop standard operating procedures, and maintain operational control amid advancing technology. Her career began with a social work degree, followed by more than 10 years in higher education at the same institution before pivoting to manage a call center for a local plumbing business. She and her husband later founded their own plumbing company in 2016, growing it until its sale in 2023 and earning the Colorado Companies to Watch award that same year for its economic impact. Beyond her coaching work, Thornton founded the global virtual run club at MissionCrewRun.com, which connects members across 4 countries and 30 states.
