I would advise young women entering my industry to never give up and keep working hard. It’s also crucial to find a mentor who can guide, support, and inspire you along the way.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Right now, one of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field is supporting my team so that our representatives feel encouraged and empowered in their roles. At the same time, there’s a significant opportunity to help clients, especially those from more mature generations, understand technology updates and how these tools can benefit and grow their businesses.
