About Laureen
She is a dedicated real estate investor and licensed real estate agent with a strong background in community supervision, payroll, and collections, currently serving as CEO of Laur Estates LLC, where she focuses on real estate acquisitions, investments, and wholesale. She is also a Real Estate Agent at Fave Realty, Inc. Prior to her real estate career, she served as Community Supervisor at the Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County for over four years, as Payroll Specialist at Champion Care, LLC, and as Collector at Cohen & Slamowitz LLP. She holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Briarcliffe College and studied Criminal Justice at Molloy University. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. She is recognized as a strategic, client-focused, and results-driven professional who combines strong business and operational expertise with a commitment to helping clients navigate the real estate market and achieve their investment goals.

01What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Opportunities include receiving lots of international deals from out of the country and connecting with different investors and women all over the world who have just started in the industry. Challenges include difficulties getting individuals to purchase off-market in the U.S. and it getting overwhelming as a woman in the industry, where you're expected to come in and really kill it without all the loops you have to go through.
