Her Story
About Lauren
Lauren Bartholomeusz leads CareFactor in the hair rejuvenation wellness industry, where she has spent six years building the company founded ten years ago. After her husband, a particle physicist, developed the initial products with dermatologist co-founders, she drove expansion from fifty U.S. practice accounts to thousands across the U.S., EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, adding direct-to-consumer, white-label, and distributor channels. She holds a business degree from FIU after starting in pre-med biology and switching to finance, drawing on fifteen years in sales and marketing, including roles at her father's food brokerage, Southern Wine and Spirits, and Rodney Strong winery. Bartholomeusz attributes her success to listening to doctors and patients, which led to innovations like improved applicators and pet-safe alternatives to minoxidil. She is a member of Chief and SOHO, supports Wigs for Kids and cancer societies through post-chemo hair rejuvenation partnerships such as with Dr. Kimball, and advises young professionals to gain corporate experience and tackle difficult tasks before entrepreneurship. Based in Miami, Florida, she continues to innovate with clean, globally compliant formulations while pursuing personal brand building through editorial content.
