Transformation and digitalization leader with experience driving data strategy, workflow optimization, and cross-functional change in aviation services. Currently Transformation Manager for ACS Americas at Lufthansa Technik Component Services, following a role as Digitalization Manager where they built data governance frameworks (documentation, quality, ownership, PII compliance), launched a Digital Ambassador program, and led adoption of Microsoft Azure and Power BI to modernize BI and reporting. Previously completed Lufthansa Cargo’s “Take-Off” management trainee program, implementing a digital sales bot across global teams and leading sustainability initiatives. Also works as a part-time digital consultant, supporting content strategy and video production for uDirect IRA Services. Holds a Master in Management (Business Analytics) from IE Business School and a BA in Mathematics from UC Berkeley, along with TEFL certification and international ESL teaching experience.
