Her Interview
Ten minutes with Lauren
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to perseverance. Continuing to move forward, one foot in front of the other, and never stop learning.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Every experience is meaningful, whether that's positive, whether that's challenging, whether it's exactly what you wanted in your career or not. Every single experience in life is meaningful, and it's a lesson. If you can look at your life experiences in that way, it will help you learn so much more and take so much more out of those experiences.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Empathy is one of my core strengths. I truly believe being relational, with empathy, putting the humans first is an important way that I need to navigate my career and my day-to-day life.
