She is a wellness, business development, and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning health coaching, corporate wellness, entrepreneurship, program management, and executive support. She is the Founder and Owner of Lauren Durso Wellness, where she works as a subject matter expert, speaker, and instructor, helping clients develop sustainable lifestyle changes through mindfulness, movement, and meditation. Her recent experience includes business development at Milestone Dealer Services, program operations at Bentley University’s E-Hub, and executive support within the MBTA Safety Division. She also served as a Subject Matter Expert with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, implementing holistic wellness and coaching programs and delivering training at national leadership conferences. Overall, her background combines wellness education, leadership, business development, program management, communications, and executive operations.
