Never be afraid to ask questions and never doubt yourself—believe that you belong and are fully capable of succeeding in this industry.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is overcoming the barriers of a traditionally male-dominated industry, which also presents an opportunity to create more inclusive and diverse spaces for future leaders.
