About Lauren
Lauren Foster is an account manager with over 20 years of experience in account management, customer retention, and portfolio building. She manages a book of business, handling client onboarding, training, renewals, and retention while tailoring solutions to align customer goals with company offerings to increase their bottom line and obtain return on investment. She completed her educational path from high school through undergraduate and graduate studies without interruption, excelling at each level. She serves on the board of the Lupus Foundation of Georgia Atlanta chapter and volunteers with Meals on Wheels and the Boys and Girls Club of Atlanta. She attributes her success to the principles instilled by her father and follows the career advice to do everything with integrity and from the heart.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the principles my dad has instilled in me. Growing up, going to his office, listening to him negotiate deals and close deals, everything that I am is because of him. Even though he has transitioned, he gets all the credit.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Do everything with integrity and from your heart. Make all decisions based on integrity, principle, and from your heart.
