I’ve always prioritized personal growth and have never been one to settle—I continuously strive to push forward, learn, and evolve both professionally and personally.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be confident in yourself and understand that it’s okay to make mistakes. Every misstep is part of the learning process. If we’re not learning, we’re not growing—and growth is essential both professionally and personally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to give yourself the confidence to be fearless. Believe in your abilities, trust your voice, and know that you have every right to take up space in any room. Confidence is key to breaking barriers and creating your own path.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is having the right resources available while maintaining meaningful connections with people in an increasingly fast-paced environment. However, with those challenges comes great opportunity—especially the opportunity for growth. As the industry evolves, there's a real chance to innovate, adapt, and continue building stronger, more dynamic teams.
