Lauren Hemphill

She is a strategic sales leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in revenue generation, team development, and leadership coaching, currently serving as Associate Director of Sales at Engine, where she leads sales strategy, revenue forecasting, and campaign execution. She is also the Founder of Lasting Leadership, where she works with executives and leadership teams to discover strengths, overcome blind spots, and build sustainable cultures that withstand the test of time. She serves on the Board of Directors for Wish for Wheels, a nonprofit that has given away over 15,000 new bikes to kids from low-income families. Her career includes roles as Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager at Hotel Engine, and Sales Executive at Vari. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Denver.
