Lauren Heyer, MS, BCBA, LBS

Lauren Heyer, MS, BCBA, LBS, is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently practicing at Attain ABA. She brings extensive experience in applied behavior analysis, specializing in functional behavior assessments and individualized treatment planning. Lauren is passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and creating positive, evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.

Lauren began her career in behavioral health after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gettysburg College, where she was actively involved in music and leadership programs, including Sigma Alpha Iota, the Colorguard, and various vocal and choral departments. She continued her education at Capella University, completing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and joining Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. Her educational foundation combined with practical experience has shaped her approach to behavior analysis as both compassionate and data-driven.

Before joining Attain ABA, Lauren held multiple roles in the behavioral health field, including positions as a Licensed Behavior Specialist and Registered Behavior Technician at Helping Hands Family – Autism Services. She has also supported individuals with developmental disabilities in community and residential settings, including Easterseals and Exton Senior Living. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to growth, skill mastery, and meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
