Her Interview
Ten minutes with Lauren
01What do you attribute your success to?
I don't think I could do nearly as much as I've been able to do without the people who love me behind the scenes. Having community at work and at home has been key to staying engaged long-term.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It cannot be overstated how important it is to have community wherever you're working, and in your life outside of that. Putting in that extra effort to make community at work and at home makes it possible to stick around and put your foot forward long-term.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Community is essential both at work and outside. Volunteer service keeps me going, along with spending time with friends, my partner, and being outside in the park every day.
