01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them to immerse yourself and make sure that whatever company it is, whether it's retail, whether it's finance. Educate themselves on exactly what that company is for, what that company stands for, make sure that it is something that you align for. Make sure that you're going to work for somewhere that's going to be impactful, make sure they have the resources that you need, but also make sure that it is a company that you're not scared to go in, and really be yourself. Always position yourself to be the student, so that you can continue to learn as you're growing into your career.
