Her Story
About Lauren
Lauren Patton has spent 15 years in the customer service field. She began her career as a personal assistant, which provided foundational experience in close client interaction and meeting individual needs. In her current role, Patton manages approximately 500 calls each day, supporting clients from across the nation with tax-related matters such as IRS obligations, state taxes, and unfiled returns. She earned an associate's degree from Florida State College, Jacksonville, and pursued a few semesters at UNF in multimedia journalism and production, though she emphasizes that on-the-job and life experience have been most formative. Patton takes pride in her five-year tenure as a core team member at her previous position. She credits her achievements to tenacity and a refusal to give up, while advising others to keep going even after failure. Patton is also an author of two books available on Amazon and enjoys photography, videography, and playwriting.
