About Lauren
Lauren Paull holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which she received in 2025. She has 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing and has also worked as a fitness coach while pursuing interests in journalism and editorial work. Approximately 6 months ago, she founded Blonde and Bullish, a platform and magazine where money meets culture, aimed at helping women pursue financial independence on their own terms through education, community, and self-expression. In addition to her professional roles, Lauren is a member of the Junior League and the East Town Association in Milwaukee, and she has attended a Forbes summit. She is Microsoft Certified and recently hosted her first live event on July 31st, where she delivered a speech.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't follow the trend, instead set your own. Allow yourself to stand out and set yourself apart from others. When you're young and impressionable, it's easy to copy what others are doing, but instead flourish in what you are good at and what you like to do. Figure out what your skills are and what your true interests are.
