What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being hardworking and dedicated to my customers, and despite working in a male-driven environment, I’ve exceeded sales expectations—earning the Platinum Level Kia Company achievement—and now I’m proud to train new hires to help them succeed as well.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always work hard and be open to new opportunities—though I started with a degree in fashion and marketing, I discovered my true passion in sales, which I absolutely love.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is: never be intimidated by a male-dominated field—if you stay confident and focused, you can succeed at anything you set your mind to.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is working in a male-dominated environment, which constantly keeps me on my toes—but it also pushes me to stay sharp, resilient, and focused, especially in sales where timing doesn’t always go your way.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value being a team player and going above and beyond to ensure success—not just for myself, but for the company and the customer. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing all the hard work pay off when a client drives away happy and I’ve contributed to meaningful results.
