About Lauren
Lauren Soper brings more than two decades of professional experience to her consulting practice, which she founded just a few months ago to work directly with CEOs on operations, client journeys, and reframing business approaches. Her career began at Putnam Investments selling financial products during the 2008 financial crisis, followed by research and consulting at Cerulli Associates with Fortune 500 clients. At Charles Schwab she transformed an overlooked division into a standalone unit generating $1.5 billion in revenue, up from $150 million. Soper earned her bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in psychology from Union College. She has earned Chairman's Awards multiple times, a key contributor award for 10 years, and served as co-chair of a 1,000-person employee resource group. She also serves on several local boards including the historical district commission, preschool board, special education parents group, and Allies mental health group, while coaching two soccer teams and participating in Toastmasters.
