About Lauren
Lauren Tabler is a cybersecurity software sales professional based in Dallas, Texas. She has been in tech sales since 2016, starting at Gartner in the small to mid-sized business channel where she spent nine years advancing into strategic selling roles. There she managed accounts with some of the largest Fortune 50 banks and worked directly with the federal government on the FAA partnership. In 2024 she transitioned into cybersecurity software sales, where she now focuses on growing customer footprint through remote work and periodic travel. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Tabler was a student athlete on the varsity softball team, contributing to four Big Ten championships and a national championship runner-up finish. She credits her competitive background in athletics for building the grit and resilience that drive her success in sales. Her professional achievements include being named Global Top Achiever one year at Gartner and achieving President's Club six times. Outside her primary role, Tabler serves on the board of Who We Play For and co-founded Vital Functions, a CPR education business, while previously volunteering with Dallas Animal Services.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I say just that competitive edge, like, I think that that's what brings me in every day. I think that, like, the resilience of, like, especially when you look at softball or baseball. ... That, like, grit and resilience, and especially, like, my background in athletics, and specifically softball, has definitely prepared me to just kind of roll with the punches and keep pushing through. And, at the end of the day, it's a numbers game.
