About Lauren
Lauren Trench is a seasoned administrative professional in the legal space who has worked in the industry since 2006. She currently serves as Assistant Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Peck Ritchey, LLC in Chicago, where she supports the managing partner, attorneys, clients, and the firm’s day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include administrative coordination, technology support, marketing, social media, event coordination, and helping communicate the firm’s work in trust and estate litigation and administration, probate, guardianship, and elder law. Lauren has developed a strong professional focus on elder law, estate planning, trusts, adult guardianship, and issues affecting aging families. As a certified Dementia Connection Specialist, she brings particular awareness and compassion to working with individuals experiencing cognitive challenges and their families. She is also actively involved in community and charitable initiatives supporting older adults, dementia awareness, and Parkinson’s research, inspired in part by her personal experience with her late grandfather. Her ability to combine legal-industry experience, communication, marketing, and community engagement has made her a versatile and valued member of her organization. Beyond her legal career, Lauren is an entrepreneur and creative professional through her photography business. She combines her professional strengths in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and social media with her passion for creativity and connecting with others. Lauren is also committed to encouraging women to recognize their value and capabilities, particularly in traditionally male-dominated professional environments.
