Lauren Trotter is a Senior Account Manager at BMES, a biomedical equipment service company, where she has spent over 15 years helping healthcare facilities outfit operating rooms with essential capital medical equipment. Throughout her career, Lauren has worked closely with physicians, surgeons, directors, and C-level executives, consistently prioritizing excellent customer service and building strong, trusted relationships with her clients. Her experience spans multiple roles in biomedical and technology sales, including positions at DRE Medical Equipment, Tenacore, and Advanced Biomedical Repair.
Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Spalding University, where she was also a scholarship softball player. Her academic background has complemented her professional focus on client communication, problem-solving, and strategic account management.
