Lauren Watt

I am a litigation attorney with extensive experience representing clients in complex civil matters across all phases of litigation. I currently serve as Of Counsel at Wilson Elser in White Plains, New York, where I focus on strategic case management, trial preparation, and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Prior to this role, I served as a Partner and previously as an Associate at Darger Errante Yavitz & Blau LLP, where I handled a wide range of litigation matters including pleadings, depositions, motion practice, discovery, arbitration, and appellate work. Throughout my tenure, I successfully worked with opposing counsel to obtain hundreds of dismissals and favorable settlements, helping clients manage risk and resolve disputes efficiently.

Earlier in my career, I practiced as an Associate at Lavin, O'Neil, Cedrone & DiSipio, where I developed a strong foundation in litigation strategy, legal research, and client advocacy.

In addition to client representation, I am committed to mentorship and professional development, regularly guiding junior associates and paralegals on litigation strategy, case preparation, and legal research.
