Lauren Weaver

Lauren Weaver serves as Payroll Manager for the city of Noblesville, Indiana, managing payroll operations with a focus on public safety for fire and police departments. She brings 25 years of experience in the payroll field to her role, which she assumed 1.5 years ago. In that time, Lauren has led efforts to improve HRIS systems and transition longstanding handwritten and paper processes into modern digital workflows. She attended Indiana State University but did not complete her degree. Beyond her professional work in government payroll, Lauren contributes to her community as an ambassador for Noblesville High School, having completed the ambassador program, as treasurer for the middle school for three years, and as co-leader of a church program that supports individuals dealing with trauma or difficult life experiences through Scripture-based guidance.
