Lauren Williams

She is a construction technology and organizational change leader with nearly two decades of experience across project management, BIM/VDC, implementation, process improvement, and change management. She currently serves as an Organizational Change Manager at McCarthy Holdings and previously led implementation teams and VDC initiatives at McCarthy Building Companies. Earlier in her career, she managed major construction projects while developing BIM standards, coordination processes, and technology-enabled workflows. She holds a Civil Engineering degree from Stanford University and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, combining technical construction expertise with organizational transformation leadership.
