Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a lifelong passion for creativity. Ever since I was a little girl building forts and treehouses, I have been drawn to design and the arts, which naturally led me to pursue a degree in graphic design. Over the years, I have embraced technological advancements, learning about computers as they emerged and staying at the forefront of innovations like AI.

Recently, I launched my own business, helping companies integrate AI into their operations and leverage its potential. I consider one of my greatest achievements to be maintaining my commitment to growth and staying relevant in a rapidly evolving field. My curiosity, adaptability, and dedication to continuous learning have been key drivers in shaping my career.

Q

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that no idea is a bad idea. Embracing every idea as a potential opportunity has been instrumental in my growth and innovation in my field.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay curious, embrace your creativity, and pursue what genuinely excites you. Whether it’s exploring the arts, spending time outdoors, hiking, or cooking, finding activities that inspire you outside of work can fuel your creativity and resilience. Don’t be afraid to take risks, follow your passions, and bring your unique perspective to everything you do.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is helping businesses embrace AI. The challenge lies in translating complex technology into practical solutions and helping teams adapt to these new tools while maximizing their potential.
