I've dedicated 40 years of my life to customer service, building a long and meaningful career in this field. Throughout these four decades, I've developed a deep commitment to serving others and have made customer service my professional calling. While I'm currently disabled and unemployed, my extensive experience in customer service continues to define my professional identity. I believe that after such a long career, recognition for the work I've done is something that matters, and I'm proud of the impact I've made over the years.
