Her Interview

Ten minutes with Lauri

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work and good mentorship along the way. I've had to switch jobs to make more money as a woman, unfortunately, especially when younger in the fields I've been in.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always be proactive, approach leadership with a solution not the problem. Work smarter, not necessarily harder. Especially for women.
