01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Also surrounding myself with people that elevate me.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice is to do what you love and people will fall in love with you. Finding something that you're super passionate about that brings the greatest fulfillment.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourself, trust in yourself, don't settle. Hard work is required to get you to where you want, but don't sacrifice your dreams for what anyone else is telling you. There are many paths you can take to achieve your dreams and your goals.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

As a business owner and individual contributor, the challenge is being completely self-reliant. It's all on me building and growing the business. As a female, mom, and running a household, there is pressure since a lot is reliant on my income.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Trust, transparency, and honesty are most important to me.
