Laurie Brazeau

Laurie Brazeau entered the fashion industry during her time in fashion school, where she also worked at Neiman Marcus. Following her graduation, she secured a position in a designer's showroom that sold to some of the most prestigious stores. At age 24, she started her own business in fashion design. Fashion has remained her lifelong passion, with a focus on using her voice to tell stories and connect people to the products she creates. She attributes her longevity in the field to resilience, staying committed whether times were hard or good, and following her heart and passion rather than pursuing ambition or money. Early mentors, including Jennifer Craig at her first showroom, helped her accept her love for the work and understand that style is independent of wealth. Brazeau has also drawn inspiration from travel and personal experiences, such as moving to France, which reinforced her belief in embracing opportunities without rigid plans.
