01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, being willing to ask for opportunities, and listening to feedback. I believe people sometimes hesitate to ask for what they truly desire, but there is value in being proactive and simply asking for the opportunity. I also believe in being receptive to feedback and using it as a chance to grow, improve, and become more flexible.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to develop strong soft skills alongside their technical abilities. Understand what you are passionate about and pursue work that genuinely motivates you, rather than making decisions based solely on financial gain. Keep communicating, stay open to learning, and do not be afraid to go after the opportunities that align with your passions and goals.
