I attribute my success to staying open to learning, saying "yes" to new opportunities, and never being afraid to ask questions. I've always been willing to take on new responsibilities, learn new platforms, and gain hands-on experience from the ground up. That willingness to grow and adapt has helped me build a rewarding career across both medical communications and the beauty industry.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to take risks and say "yes" to opportunities, even if they feel outside their comfort zone. Don't be afraid to ask questions or make mistakes while learning. Volunteering to take on new projects, technologies, or responsibilities can open doors and help you grow both personally and professionally.
