Lauryn Keim is the Sales Director at Tao Group Hospitality, overseeing a team of 11 across 17 premier venues on the Las Vegas Strip. In this role, she is responsible for large-scale nightclub and event sales and activations, including high-profile events such as Super Bowl parties, NFL after-parties, and Grand Prix/F1 experiences with major brand partners. With over 13 years of experience in Las Vegas nightlife, Lauryn leverages her expertise in sales negotiation, client relationships, and event strategy to consistently deliver people-driven, memorable experiences that exceed expectations.

Lauryn began her career in hospitality as a nightclub promoter in 2011 after relocating from a small farm town in Colorado. She progressed through a series of roles including guest list moderator, assistant, sales coordinator, and sales manager before assuming her current leadership position. Her journey reflects a combination of grit, resilience, and adaptability, allowing her to excel in a male-dominated industry while maintaining a focus on authenticity, kindness, understanding, and compassion in her leadership style.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Lauryn is a dedicated mother of two and a competitive bodybuilder, having transformed her personal health and fitness through discipline and focus. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating with a 4.0 GPA while balancing motherhood and a demanding career. Actively engaged in her community, she serves as Vice President II for WISE Las Vegas and participates in leadership organizations that empower emerging professionals. What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Say yes and try everything. Gain experience across the full range of hospitality roles because those experiences will loop back and prove valuable.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The nightlife and hospitality industry remains highly male-dominated; women need to balance showing grit with maintaining grace. At the same time, the industry offers high-visibility opportunities (major sporting events and branded activations) and strong potential for teams to drive large revenue through people-driven programming.
